RICS Level 3 – Building Survey
The most comprehensive survey and report available. The report provides in depth analysis of the condition of the property and advice on repairs and maintenance requirements.
This type of survey can be carried out on any type of property and is essential for older and period buildings, properties that have undergone significant alterations and those that are in a poor state of repair.
The report objectively describes the form of construction and materials used within the different parts of the building. It describes the condition of each element and the identifiable risk of potential or hidden defects to inaccessible areas. The survey and report will propose the most probable causes to any defects and outline the scope of the remedial works required.
Clear Reports
Our reports are compiled on RICS approved templates which are designed to be industry jargon free and easy to follow. We use a traffic light system enabling allowing our clients to easily understand the areas of the property that require attention. The report will include labelled photographs and further advice on current and future maintenance requirements.
